国际汽车摩托车及零部件专题展览会回顾
中国(重庆)国际投资暨全球采购会（简称“渝洽会”）由国家商务部、国务院三峡办、西部及部分中东部省（自治区、直辖市）人民政府共同主办，重庆市人民政府承办,“渝洽会”以“投资促进、全球采购”为主题，集投资洽谈、全球采购、产品展示为一体的全国性品牌盛会。已成为西部地区开展对外经贸合作与交流、东西部经济互动的窗口和桥梁，为中国西部地区参与经济全球化进程、开展多种形式的经贸合作搭建了良好平台。特别是近几年在国家商务部、工信部、发改委、国务院三峡办及全国近30个省区市政府的联合主办下，展会规模、档次、实效性大幅提高，已被评为全国10大知名展会，并被国家商务部确定为“全国唯一国际投资及全球采购类”重点发展展会，重庆市政府明确将“渝洽会”作为市政府每年重点打造的展会名片。
第十二届“渝洽会”于2009年5月16日在重庆国际会议展览中心胜利闭幕。本届“渝洽会”是全球金融危机后在重庆举办的最大一项经贸活动，来自上海、安徽、山东、大连、广东、深圳、天津、浙江、厦门等25个兄弟省市政府代表团以及美国、英国、德国、意大利、俄罗斯、印度、日本、韩国、新加坡、香港、澳门、台湾等40余个国家和地区的380家跨国公司、890多家国内大型企业，6000余家客商参展参会，展出规模达4.5万平方米，进场观众高达30万人次。签约投资项目349个，总投资达1500亿元人民币，达成合作意向853对，意向金额4.81亿美元。涉及装备制造、汽车摩托车、船舶、物流、IT通讯、工业服务等行业，其中汽车摩托车及零部件、通机及零部件所占比重较大，占总额的57%。“渝洽会”国际汽车摩托车及零部件专题展，致力于打造国际汽车摩托车及零部件品牌展示平台，产品贸易平台，技术交流平台，以推动汽摩产业结构调整和产业转型升级，加速推进汽摩品牌国际化进程。
第十二届“渝洽会”参展参会汽摩企业包括福特、铃木、五十铃、GE公司、丰田通商株式会社、霍尼韦尔、佳通、普利司通、IAC国际汽车零部件集团、美国汽车工业行动集团（AIAG）、加拿大万彻集团、天合、美国雷米国际公司、美国克瑞集团、美国CS公司、百得集团、丹麦鹰宏机械、阿联酋南设贸易公司、台湾朕垠国际、长安汽车、庆铃汽车、江铃汽车、奇瑞汽车、江淮汽车、吉奥汽车、徐工机械、上汽红岩商用车、依维柯汽车、力帆汽车（摩托车、通机）、中国兵装集团、嘉陵、建设、雅马哈、隆鑫（摩托车、通机）、鑫源、环松工业、中国瑞立集团、中欧国际、正东机车、正新橡胶工业、固特友橡胶、意奔玛集团、欧瑞泰汽配、东莞航天精密模具、双钱集团、秋田齿轮、东本工业等国内外知名企业近1000家。在汽车工业投资推介会上达成8个签约项目，投资总额11.7亿元人民币，项目包括：浙江台州方科的乘用车、商务车部件生产项目；浙江路杰机械的重型车部件生产项目；浙江中通的拖车、重型车部件生产项目；浙江海荣的液压阀门和汽车配件生产项目；上海久耐的离合器从动盘、压盘总成及刹车片生产项目；上海骆氏减震的汽车橡胶减震、发动机液压悬置生产项目；上海沃斯梅克的阀门及汽摩配件生产项目；北京中博安瑞的无刷电机生产研发中心项目。
同时，活动期间举办了20多场研讨会，项目对接洽谈活动，无论规模、档次、实效性均再创历史新高，成为西部领先，国内一流的大型国际性展会，得到了商务部等国家有关部门和广大参展参会客商的高度评价和充分认可。
Review on the 12th China Chongqing International
Investment and Global Sourcing Fair-International Auto & Motorcycle and Parts Exhibition
The 12th CCISF was closed at Chongqing International Conference and Exhibition Center successfully in May 16th, 2009.The 12th CCISF is the greatest business activity after the global financial crisis, which attracts 25 brother provinces and cities government delegations from Shanghai, Anhui, Shandong, Dalian, Guangdong, Shenzhen, Tianjing , Zhejiang and Xiamen , 380 transnational companies from more than 40 countries and districts involving America, United Kingdom,Germany, Italy, Russia, India, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, HK, Macao and Tai Wan, over 890 national large-scale enterprises and 6000 exhibitors. The exhibition area was up to 45,000 square meters and 300,000 visitors enjoyed it. In this fair, 349 investment projects signed contracts with a total investment of 150 billion RMB and 853 parties were entered into cooperative intention with sum of 481million US dollars, which covered industries of equipment manufacturing, auto and motorcycles, shipping, logistic, IT communication, industry service and so on. Auto and motorcycle industry accounted 57% of the total, which formed a larger proportion.
The "CCISF" International Auto & Motorcycle and Parts Exhibition is aimed to establish a platform for international auto and motorcycle industry brand, for production trading and technology exchanging. It will help to improve structure adjustment and industry upgradeing of auto and motorcycle industry, and to accelerate the internationalization process of auto and motorcycle industry.
There were nearly 1000 famous auto and motor companies attended this fair, including Ford, SUZUKI, ISUZU, GE, Toyota , BRIDGES TONE,IAC, AIAG, Flex-N-Gate, TRW Automotive, Delco Remy International, CS, CRANE, Black&Decker, Egholm Maskiner A/S ,United Arab Emirates Nanshe trade company, Tai Wan Lian Ying International, Chang'an Motor, Qing Ling Auto Group, Chery, Auto Group, JAC, GONOW, Xu Gong, Construction Machinery, IVECO, Li Fan, China South Industry , Corp, Jia Ling, Jian She, Ya Ma ha, Long Xing, Xing Yuan, Huan Song Industry, Rui Li Group, Central Europe International, Zheng Dong Engine, Zheng Xin Rubber Industry, goodwill Group, Yi Ben Ma Group, Ou Rui Tai Group, Dong Guan Aerospace PRECISION MOLD Qiu Tian gear, Dong Ben.Eights projects were signed in Automotive Industrial promotion seminar with a total investment volume of 1170 million RMB. They are production of passenger cars and commercial vehicle parts of FangKe in Tai Zhou, Zhejiang province; production of heavy duty truck parts of Zhe Jiang Lujie Machinery; production of trailers and heavy duty truck parts of Zhejiang Zhongtong; production of hydraulic valve and auto parts of Zhejiang Hairong; production of clutch driven disc ,cover assy clutch and brake lining of Shanghai Jiunai; production of robber absorber engine hydraulic suspension of Shanghai Luoshi; production of valve and motor parts of Shanghai Wealth Maker; brushless motor production R & D center project of Beijing Zhong Bo An Rui.
Meanwhile, over 20 seminars, promotion conferences and docking activities were held during the event. Its size, grade and effectiveness had reached a high record, becoming a leading domestic large-scale international exhibition in West China. The fair has been highly appreciated and well accepted by the Ministry of Commerce, various national authorities and participants.
